1 Scope

These terms apply to all purchases on zarbiya.ch. The seller is petit frère by Chaabeni, Lochäckerstrasse 12, 8302 Kloten, Switzerland, UID CHE-144.809.622.

2 Offer

Every rug is unique. They are vintage pieces, signs of use are part of them and are described. Colours may differ slightly on screen. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. If a piece has already been sold, we refund the full amount.

3 Prices and payment

All prices in CHF. You pay with TWINT, card or by invoice.

4 Delivery

We deliver throughout Switzerland, shipping is free. In the Zurich area we can bring the rug in person.

5 Returns

You can return a rug bought online within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the same condition as delivered. Send us a short email and we arrange the return. Return shipping costs are paid by you. We refund the price once the rug is back with us and checked.

If you saw the rug at home on a trial before buying, there is no right of return.

6 Try at home

In the Zurich area we lay out up to three rugs at your place, free and without obligation.

7 Defects

If a rug shows a defect that was not described, tell us within 14 days of receipt. We will find a solution: return or a price reduction.

8 Projects

For architects and projects, the terms of the individual offer apply.

9 Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the imprint.

10 Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the seat of the business, unless the law provides otherwise.
