Privacy

The controller for your data is petit frère by Chaabeni, address above. We follow the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

We process data you give us yourself: with an inquiry, an order or a try at home appointment. That is name, address, email, phone and the order details. We use it only to handle your inquiry or order, and keep it as long as accounting and the law require.

Payments are processed by Stripe and TWINT. Your payment details go directly to them, we never see them. To run and secure the website we use hosting and network services (WP Engine, Cloudflare). Data may also be processed outside Switzerland. The website stores your selection locally in your browser.

For statistics we use Google Analytics by Google Ireland Ltd. Google sets cookies and processes data about how the website is used, also in the USA. You can prevent this in your browser cookie settings.

We never sell data. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time: contact@zarbiya.ch.
